Hi there Leavenworth!

I heard on the radio about some people in Leavenworth not liking the name of Wagga Wagga.

There is a town here in Washington State named Leavenworth and when I moved up here from California, the only Leavenworth I knew of is a Penitentiary. Many people think of the Penitentary when they hear the name Leavenworth!

So I guess some Wagga Wagga people might not like that name.

I was born in Leeton, which is about 50 miles from Wagga. No one ever calls it Wagga Wagga except visitors etc.

Forget about birds and names of State Penns and come visit the page of an Australian artist living in the Pacific Northwest!
